as you educated investors should know, Qualcomm has been collecting for 3G very well ( at least the entire 5% cap) for several years from 50 to 60 3G licensees,,,

compare that to the GSM payments made by LG, which, of course, cover 3G too, such a deal, heh, heh...

btw, QCOM has plenty of OFDM patents and the seminal MIMO patents belong to Intel
