Seems like we are finally starting to get some attention here. I have dealt with Lisa Nelson (president of MLCG) and I can tell you that she was responsive to my inquiries and even sent me a small gift in the mail along with a free replacement from a part I foolishly broke on my Superstar vape.
If the company was not going places would she care about my troubles? Would she pay for priority shipping to send me a gift and a free replacement part? I use the superstar daily and I couldn't be happier. This company is going places IMHO.
