GRAS might file the bankruptcy very soon based on the NT 10-Q filed yesterday! Continuous huge losses (see the quote below) will definitely lead to the BK... Which may be why they already dumped 493,690,781 shares at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 within just one and half a months like no tomorrow!

The Company completed the acquisition of the assets of Carmela’s Pizzeria in October 2013, the addition of which operations will significantly change the results of operations for the periods reported. It is expected the results of operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 will be a loss in excess of $1,000,000 versus a loss of approximately $80,000 for the Carmela’s operations in the same period in 2014. This increase is primarily attributed to derivative liabilities and related expenses from the Company’s convertible notes outstanding.
