I already sold half my position on Friday at .0004 took a slight loss but at least I protected that half from any further loss that could occur. I intend to sell another 5-7 million on Monday depending on how the PPS holds up. I will keep a few mil "just in case" after two years TBEV finally does comes through. Issuing a R/S in the trips can mean nothing more than TBEV is having financial troubles or they wish to drive a majority of investors away and take the company private(highly unlikely), the problem is if they actually received the 500K they should have no reason for the R/S at these levels. If IR or Toby ever respond to me I'm sure they will use the line about wanting to attract new/institutional investors, well that will not happen at a PPS of .004 and it will never happen without product on the shelf. What could happen after the R/S is the PPS may end up dropping, lets say it drops to .002 or worse back to trips at .0009 which is very likely. Those that hold through the R/S are taking a huge huge gamble, your odds are much much better buying TBEV post split after the PPS settles. No one has to listen to anything I have to say but please dont make your decisions based on emotion, look at the history, false promises, mismanagement, time to get to market, etc. There is already another beverage company very similar to TBEV with product currently on the market, award winning but yet the company is barely hanging on. I really hope TBEV can get their act together and get product produced in the next few months, walk through any nutrition store, convenience store etc and notice the 20-30 different energy drinks and ask yourself is TBEV really all that different and will the consumer realize it if it is, if TBEV were the golden ticket a large investor would have stepped in and they would be selling product by now. TBEV has had 2 years to get their act together and they have not been successful yet, odds are history will repeat itself. I wish you all the best of luck whatever you decide to do, make your plan take your heart out of it and stick to it.
