Bol. With the announced record date only three days away, why do you think Downs has neglected to file the dividend with the NASD this time? Do you think he forgot?

Maybe it slipped his mind since he is so busy creating all those false press releases, faked awards, and cut and pasted heads on photos.

Or maybe he is just busy copying someone else's website for the all new HLS. Yeah. That's got to be it.
