I absolutely believe so. Fits nicely within my timeline/ wait expectancy. Like I keep saying: 'there's nothing wrong with being a bit early to a great party'.
This is the only OTC play that I put any of my faith in on a long term basis currently. There might be others, but I haven't found another one like this yet.
