Clawman even if you dont factor in the Cornell(SEDA) shares theres barely enough to cover the acquisitions that were made. Everyone said the preferred was good cause it put dollars in NEOMs coffers. I disagreed. Now NEOM has the dollars to complete the acquisitions, but dont have enough shares for the acquisitions and the preferred class C they supposedly needed to sell to purchase the acquisitions. I believe at the .273 pps they were 100 million short even without the SEDA shares.
