Personalizit, there were no mistakes in share counting, of that you can be certain. We made commitments, primarily to Cornell, regarding the reservation - not necessarily issuance - of a large number of shares. We don't have enough authorized to fulfill our reservation obligation. We must fulfill our obligations to Cornell, like it or not.
Default - like failure - is not an option.

Therefore, in order just to be able to fulfill our existing obligations, we need to have an authorized number of shares in the range of 1.3 billion.

Management is asking for an additional 4 billion, not just .3 bllion. And management has indicated that they have no current plans to use those extra shares for acquisitions. But those shares can be used for other purposes.
