Considering that The BOD has increased the "limit" of their own stock awards to 3,000,000 Shares**, current prices, and their Stock award record (including prices...I don´t have they handy now...)

Also considering (as a work hypothesis) that they will have granted all of those 3,000,000 shares before "the Deal" (cause they want to do it at attractive prices... attractive for them );

When is our deal going to be/When could our deal be__a reality? Maybe thinking this way we can make an approach...
