predecessor yes!...linked back to back with "begun"..not necessarily so. Could be glitches of numerous varieties that could eat up a month easily. Remember your last car repair job that was going to be done in 2 days or when you were next in line at the grocery store behind the lady with 400 coupons in here hand, 3 screaming kids and 2 full carts of food?
"Begun is begun"!....the rest is just anticipation that "will begin" is naturally going to be seamlessly followed by "begun".

VOIS is close is all one can say at this point until they have actually begun and they post it in a PR to the masses when that event commences. only my opinion guys.
