I've recently come across a problem in accessing a particular site. The site is www.wave.com, a site that I've accessed freely and often in the past.

I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. It gives me the option to diagnose a connection problem, which I do. It comes back and says no problems are detected.

The same screen is expandable for more information Which displays:

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
•Internet connectivity has been lost.
•The website is temporarily unavailable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

I know the website is available because others can reach it.
When I ping www.wave.com I get a reply
I checked the internet options settings and SSL2, SSL3 and TLS are all enabled.

When I posted on a board I frequent that I was unable to reach this site, one of the other posters replied that they'd had similar issues. Their solution was to use another browser. I really don't want another browser, so I thought I'd ask here whether anyone is aware of a solution within the confines of IE9.

Anyone?

Thanks.
