... is that the people holding the shares want the new shares of AAC after the conversion. Anyone selling now is just being suckered out of shares that will be worth more as AAC stock. I realize people are skiddish and want to lock in profit, but you are selling yourself short doing that... plus you will be paying uncle sam much sooner on your profit than if you hold to get AAC shares and sell them after Jan 1st if you must. Just my two cents. I'm holding all my shares to get 1.571 times more shares of AAC!! What a windfall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
