I sent an email to IR yesterday and received a response last evening which was very prompt. It was unfortunate however that they weren't able to release any direct answers to the questions in my email but only what appears to be a "canned" response. I sent them a copy of giaiv22's list (as I felt it covers a lot of ground). I also added a few questions of my own at the end about how they will fund the tooling, mfg and distribution of the product and another about having Joe be more visible than just a name on the board and to inform the shareholders regularly about specifics pertaining to what he has nailed down and has in the hopper on distribution channels and other areas of high interest.
I can only surmise from their abbreviated response that IR is getting bombarded with much of the same requests (and rightly so in my mind) and are going in to a limited information mode until the next PR release.

We just finished the R&D phase and will now go into manufacturing. The marketing launch will coincide with the launch of the product and all these items are planned as it unfolds.

We will have an update PR out this week that addresses this.
