Well I dont know if anyone remembers me saying I called the company and suggested the owners manual was not readable. Anyway, Lisa called me and told me she can assure me that problem was already taken care of. She sent me a file with an enlarged printable manual and has even initiated sending me a replacement part that I foolishly broke being ignorant of its procedure to operate. I am satisfied. The company has good product, good customer service and went the extra mile to get my satisfaction. She sounds sweet to me
like someone I could work for lol...perhaps I will try to get a job at MLCG as a rep or something...Dont put it past me! I am becoming more than a believer with this company ..I think..I may...be falling in love..
