Grandparents.com is not a viable business and is worth zero with its current business model. Its website traffic has been on a downward trajectory. Revenues both from advertising and ancilllary streams have been spotty and won't be able to cover operating costs even under the most bullish scenario. It is diluting existing shareholders to keep afloat. The only exit strategy would be to sell out to a larger website company, such as AOL, for a fraction of the current share price to salvage any value for shareholders. It was a cute idea at first, but unless a strongly growing cash flow generating business is behind it, it won't stay around.
