It went from an anticipated $5 PPS, trading on the NASDAQ, KKR initiating M+A with input from Blackstone, we were going to merge with a reinsurance company, posters planning big buys at 2.70, strong desires for tax advantages via our NOL's ...
to
... pitiful daily volume, MM manipulating us downward every day, Wall Street hates this stock, no business plan, no PR, a lying, stinking, silent BOD that steals for itself, a sub $2 and falling PPS, a terribly mismanaged cheap penny stock.

I pray each day for escrow payment with LG's and AZ Cowboy's DD coming to reality.
