Nobody was expecting that an OTC company would be able to launch without some less-than-ideal financing, but to hammer investors over and over again with millions of dollars in toxic debt for unproven (and underperforming) acquisitions was foolish.

Unproven and under performing acquisitions? Hahaha... This company has grown with 90% organic growth. There is no way of determining what their acquisitions have added thus far. One thing for certain, LTNC doesn't need to acquire an entity that can't pull its own weight.

Well, I'm stepping out of the arena for a bit. I'm too distracted with other things to pay attention to all the details of what's going on and I just don't see it as worth it with this company any time soon.

It's only been a few days! Why aren't I surprised???
