From their SEC filings. They reported those numbers in the most recent 10Q.

Correction: Total liabilites for last quarter is $288,148

They have never had a single penny of revenue:

"We have not earned any revenues since our inception and we do not anticipate earning revenues in the upcoming quarter."

Where are you getting this info? How can they have that much expenses with no product?
