I was just pointing out that the 'solution to the problem' was a shift in execution. The FDA letter showed they were using an ingredient that was not considered non conventional and regulated. Marco is / was a pharmacist and he should have known this. That being said it was not a labeling issue... It was an ingredient issue. But they solved it by changing what their product is. It's no longer a beverage.

It's also still being branded on amazon as a beverage.

Not saying that this is a deal breaker but it potentially limits the outlets and stores where this can be sold now.

Someone can't just say ' did you read the letter' and think its a non issue. It was an issue. The solution was to shift the type of product it is.

Maybe this is a good thing as if hemp / MJ will be added later, the marketing will be ready as a supplement and not have to go through the efforts of turning it into a supplement later.
