Actually, every word he's said is true. And it's all been presented to the court. And it's the basis of the shareholders suit, as they continue.

As I've said before, shareholders know ALL this, the whole truth and have a file full of evidence to support their suit when it's filed. I can say the firm is selected and the plan is to process serve the boot boys on their trial date.

As for non shareholders, the truth is out their, go look for it. But calling this nonsense is really nonsense.
