Nice try. But that reason is absolute bollocks! It cracks me up...use a criminal defense team for offensive purposes? There's absolutely zero logic to this.

So let me get this straight. Spend $500k (minimum) for a legal defense team to recover $250k from a guy who's (as you say) bankrupt and a defunct company? That idiotic logic reasoning!

That logic defeats itself and NO reasonable business mind would do this.

So logic dictates the criminal "DEFENSE" team is money spent to defend the people hiring them and try and stop the boot brothers from going to jail. There's another twist to this. The boot brothers hired this criminal defense team at first part of discovery. Did you know that? When they were confronted with the evidence they hired this defense team. Look at the timing, that all lines up.
