I'm guessing NW raises money two more times, at key run-up points, before they won't have to anymore. At least not in a dilutive way.

But I'm glad they have resisted partnering thus far. A little hurt now means a lot of happy later.. 100mil shares at $60/share, or 60mil shares at $40/share? I'll take what's under cup A, Sam.

I'd offer you advice, but I just don't care about your money, unless you give me money to care about your money. I might even be tricking you with the above post...
