To Jeff and David Foley:
In the hope that you may read or be told of this post I write to you, as a faithful long investor but one with a few concerns only one of which I'll mention here: share dilution.

Using shares as frequently and, in my opinion, as lightly as you do, is an insult to those of us who put our trust and money into the company. We are not nobodies in a trading venue that no one respects. We are people who look hard to find good companies with leaders of integrity, and when we believe we have found such a company/leader, we put up real cash, from real households, with real families and real hopes, doing the best we can to improve our lot. We are your biggest fans and believers and prove it by our share support (buying) and promotion of the company, its business and leaders.

Is it not right for the the company in turn to respect us? It is no comfort for you to tell us, hey we're moving forward, why worry about dilution? Why? Because dilution and reverse splits are legendary in pinky land and are universally hated by all but the unscrupulous who don't care about anything but themselves, and use it against the company and the many of us who are stock-appreciation strategy investors.

I encourage all faithful longs to ceaselessly email and call IR and NTEK management and insist to stop stock dilution.

I also urge those who visit their facilities and shake hands and talk to personnel to raise this as a major concern to us.

No smart investor stays in company that dilutes regularly. They stay away until and if the company does emerge successfully from the development stage and has a stable and attractive share structure and appreciating SP.

So the question is: will NTEK leadership continue diluting and hurt we the investors who stuck with you from the beginning, assuming that after the rubble is cleared you'll have a new set of investors? Or will you respect us and our legitimate concerns.

I sincerely wish NTEK phenomenal success, but I also hope you listen to us.

Sincerely,
GreenMan
