As we have explained to Living on several occasions, The Aussies own none of the stock which was accumulated over the course of 2 years time by the Majority Shareholders. The Aussies were simply appointed to their position to be the face of the company in a caretaker capacity till the merger takes place- there does need to be officers and a board of directors in the meantime.

The true ownership of Radient lies in the dormant shares which will be reinstated when merger news is released. In the meantime, preparation is quietly taking place.
