mac tried to buy provista with RPC shares . . . that fell through, back in 2011 . . . then he was promised money from WG's "midwest investor" . . . that deal was cancelled (see 8k) . . .

fact, he was burned twice . . . why do you think he's friends with P/WG, but handed the keys to the old AMDL-AU folks? . . . your "caretaker" theory is ludicrous, why did mac/P/WG need a caretaker? . . . for 6 months so far . . . he put the company out of P/WG's reach so they couldn't pick the bones, after leaving him at the alter twice . . .
