Ok , here's my solution , , ,
Some assumptions are necessary .
We must assume Fan and Co have a certain amount of funding , or they wouldn't have taken Franks house of cards on .
I have "assumed" that Fan owned the 25bil-ish shares (his seed ownership) unaccounted for in the 140bil (47%) quoted . I.E. 47% of 350bil shares is 164.5bil .
Here's the remedy;
Continue operations on a shoestring , and take real money ($10mil) and buyback 135bil shares , leaving 5bil in the float . This should be easily doable at the current pps (.oooo5 to .ooo1) of -.0001 .
BB Rate;
~ 135B x's '5' = $6.75mil
~ 135B x's '6' = $8.10mil
~ 135B x's '7' = $9.1mil
~ 135B x's '8' = $10.8mil
~ 135B x's '9' = $12.15mil
~ 135B x's ***1= $$13.5mil
Average BB pps = $8.03mil
No doubt there will be hangers on , and THAT will be the 5ish bil float .
[Technically anything under a 10 bil share float will work]
After the BB is complete , announce the incredible News;
"The QBID Float Has Been Reduced To 5 billion shares , and the Bought Back Shares WILL Be Retired ! Also , We are retiring a significant portion (but will maintain the 53% margin) of prefered shares in our possession .
We will also reserve 3 billion shares to serve in mergers and acquisitions in the future . "
The shareprice SHOULD rocket to its prior range+ of .02+++ !
At that point , sell 1 billion shares into the fray @ .02+++ and collect $20-50 million to continue ops .
~*~ Bottom line ~*~
TMM ends up with;
~ 2+++ x's the money invested ,
~ Created share value ,
~ A "6" billion share float ,
~ Making the most out of a confused/"dirty" shell WITHOUT having to revamp the whole deal NOW .
~ Keep shareholders in play and show integrity translating to value .
Summary; Indeed issues need to be addressed , no doubt BUT , this rights the ship to continue sailing on high .
Simple and sweet !
I had a shorrrt debate with a person here on Ihub regarding this scenario .
He/she thought that "Bills" should get paid to create value .
IMO , with a 140+ billion share float , there is no hope .
This company would have to have a market cap of $1.65 billion to support a shareprice of .01 .
Any brighter ideas ?
Happy Sunday !
