I was thinking what we could do was like buy 1 share in a bunch of accounts then effectuate a forward split of like a million to one then we'd be ready to go and not have to worry about Reg. D.

Other thoughts were going through my mind.

Or will it just be a standard dump and had to make sure the prior shareholders don't get no money from their early investment.

And is km really involved? kinda bizarro you and KM as a team? i don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
