just check trading volume the coming weeks/months

15 september OS was 56 million. Now its 250 million. Now you have 50 to 60 million shares trading every day. Soon it will be 150 million. In july 2014 the trading volume was in the 100 thousands every day. Far below 1 million.
Yes, dilution is a quick proces but predictable. RS in a couple of months.
But IR doesn't tell you that.
