On another note, although I'm pretty new at trading stocks I have noticed more and more of companies that giving stocks for cash or for buying assets. I wish this kind of practice would stop. Get a Line Of Credit or Loan from the bank and stop this madness. Just an opinion.

And use what as collateral? Have you ever taken out a loan from a bank without a collateral of some sort?
