WOW!! This is going down and fast! IMO the only way this stock changes direction is when Financials support creating an appetite for bigger investors to jump on board. Vanis could help slow the decline a tad by re-affirming that there will not be a Reverse Split. But, until there is a clear picture on financials this will continue to decline. A PR won't help as with recent PR's the PPS only drops more. (probably due to more dilution in the PR's)

On another note, although I'm pretty new at trading stocks I have noticed more and more of companies that giving stocks for cash or for buying assets. I wish this kind of practice would stop. Get a Line Of Credit or Loan from the bank and stop this madness. Just an opinion..
