OMG! Turn the company over to JS? To be quite frank, the shareholders would never have tolerated a move like this. I think you're forgetting the shareholder majority voted to remove him! And you suggest he should have taken over the company? Pipe dream at best. It was bad enough he was on the board in the first place.

Do you have any idea how many laws he broke while he was on the board? Do you have any idea how much damage him and SA caused while on the board?

You can say what you want about MW, but the majority shareholders SUPPORT MW! The vote was made and it was clear that JS and SA had to be removed. In fact the only shareholders who voted to keep them on the board were JS and SA who were shareholders.
