In that case, the first 15 branches are doing well, but the 17 newest branches are continuing to perform abysmally compared to the growth we saw when expansion was organic.

How much of that is the 5th week for the first 15 branches? They averaged $437,759 for the first 4 weeks. Did they have a weak $300,000 week leaving 17 branches generating $500,000 for the entire month?
Certainly I think its reasonable to figure that the first 15 branches are self-sustaining at this point and probably have been for a while. But the newest 17 are dragging everything down. In 2014 LaborSMART went from 6 to 15 branches and averaged over $1 million per branch. This year is just not measuring up.
