From Yesterday afternoon's 8-K

As of November 3, 2014, the registrant had outstanding 1,118,551,525 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

...So... in the last "3" Months the VOIS Issued and Outstanding has nearly doubled! I wonder if VOIS Retail is OK with rampant and continuing issuance of around 150,000,000 Toxic VOIS Shares per month.. Keep buy'n'm from Accredited Investors that get them for at least half the price of whatever Retail Pays!
