It is more than just a "gaff", it is an overstatement and clearly not recognizing the distinction. As to Flour Corp., they correctly refer to themselves as Fortune 500 and is even stated as such on their website.

There was nothing misleading about #438 it is correct, on their Global List, I posted that I grabbed the wrong list. But I am not a public company putting out false and misleading Press Releases, especially one that has done so for a year now.
