We can all make reasonable guesses on the outcome here based on experience ,skill,and what we actually know. However Apple,GT Advanced and the Judge ,all have more info than we do,and none of them can say for certain what the outcome will be.IMO,a favorable outcome for shareholders is likely,that is not a guarantee.Do your DD and best of luck!!
