Sorry, not related. Apple does not control monopoly of anything here. Not related to anything that has to do with GTATQ being the POS that it is. GTAT is going under on its own merits and its inability to deliver hight quality materials. They tried to chew on much more than they could nibble. So, they put themselves in this awkward position and they're crying uncle. The judge is going to do what's best for the marketplace, and that is to let the BK take its curse, liquidate GTATQ and the hell with it IMO
