I wonder whether VSC sales will be booked immediately as revenue or follow the same deferred pattern as the previous management.

Most software licenses are booked immediately with maintenance, services and education deferred. Wave previously deferred some traditional license revenue due to the vagueness of whether the base price included the upgrade costs that are normally in maintenance. That's fine but it is a gray line.

I guess that's a long way of saying, I wouldn't assume that the previous accounting holds true under the new CEO for the new VSC product. It may, it may not.
