I think that Wave has a PR available to release when they want.
This could be in the next couple days, or immediately before the quarterly release on Thursday afternoon.

Or, to use if/when the stock price drops below $1.

I really think that Solms wants to do whatever he possibly can to prevent the stock price from spending more than a day or so below $1. He knows the importance of stock price and the devastating impact of even talk of another de-listing notice.

That is why I think he has some counter measures to use when needed.
He may have lined up some people to buy shares below $1.
