Well - I've been around this play for a couple years, now. I've heard all the angles, and both made -and minimally lost- $$$ on this ticker...

I'm probably as 'neutral' about this ticker as anyone CAN be!

My perception is that, while the idea was an excellent one, "Jan and the Gang" tried to steal too many cookies early on, and the SEC saw (again) how they were setting up 'the bakery', to 'jack cookies' all day long...

So...now that the SEC has a road-map of how they set-up 'the con' - they're just making sure that any 'high-profile' names they come across (like Gavin Newsome's) won't be too big an issue; when tearing this company down to the studs!

It MAY run again...but probably for the FINAL time, IMHO.
