I have an email into the EPA-approved facility that has done their recent testing (CEE). I don't expect to get any data from them, because I am sure there must be privacy stipulations...but, if I do, then I will be sure to post it here. What we really need is someone in the area to get over to their facility, take some pictures, and give us a report on what things look like.

For the rookie, the strongest points in favor of SaVi are that:
A) They really took a hit by missing their previous release date...they know that the consequences of recounting again would be catastrophic...so we expect them to be on time (within 2 weeks is what we're hearing from the CEO).

B) They have put a lot of effort into this. They have websites registered for both the DynoValve and DynoValvePro...they have submitted comprehensive filings with the SEC, etc. ... so the contention that this is just an "LA scam" is pretty absurd.

C) They have some pretty serious firepower on their Strategic Advisory board. General Haig pulls a lot of weight in some important arenas, his son is a patent lawyer (so the chances that their patents are out of date, wrong, etc. is pretty damn low or else he'd look like a fool), and there is a former CARB (California Air Resources Board) big-wig on their team as well.

D) If you browse back a few posts to the info posted about EPA test on emission reduction devices, there haven't been many efforts within the last 15 years. There was one, but it was found to be ineffective. Thus, if DynoValve does what it claims, it will be in a league of its own.

E) Oil prices, as well all know, are through the roof. An item like this will get some great, great press when it goes public. Couple that with the firepower on the Strategic Advisory Board and we might have a real winner.

Right now, this stock is floating on confidence...so that is definitely a drawback. The 10K came out and wasn't as positive as many expected, so we saw the result...(25% drop in one day). So, I suggest you continue to do your DD and, if you decide to make the leap of faith, be prepared to hold on until good news comes our way. I was getting a little anxious after the last 5 days of straight red, but the sustained levels today gave me a nice boost of faith.

Again, I'll put in a plug >> PLEASE, SOMEONE, VISIT THE FACILITY AND TAKE PICTURES! This would be absolute gold. I live on the East Coast, so I can't ... I might try here in a few weeks if no one has managed to do it ... but, at that point, the big news might already have come.
