Weren't there many many Red Flags for ECDC?

All is good but stock has stopped trading. No new investors are showing interest and CEO says there is DTC chill. How these factors can move stock from 0.0001? Company license is expired long back. No official business update for many months now. ECDC seems to be in deep trouble.



I thought it didn't matter if their license was expired?

When did the CEO say there was a DTC Chill?
