for the life of me I can't figure out why they need to produce a video that's 20-25 minutes long for the first youtube airing and to create initial impact on the general public. Forget what's happening in the minds of the investors after 4-5 weeks, think about the youtube viewers anticipation of seeing this mind bending technology in action. After a reasonable intro I think that if the video doesn't impact the viewer with that.... "they can't really do that, can they?" moment that makes them want to watch the rest of the piece then you've lost a lot of them. If the moment of revelation doesn't arrive until somewhere in the second half of the video I think John Q. public has been in the kitchen fixing a sandwich since minute 7. Why not a high quality, content concentrated 5 minute job (that really "delivers"... and would already be out by now now) and then stretched to a 20 minute full length feature over the next few weeks for prime time shows that can handle the length. I don't know shit about making videos but I do know many out there are impatient and get bored without "instant gratification". (got teenagers or 20 somethings?) This is obviously only my opinion as I wait along with the rest of you.
