OS increase to be used as collateral for film financing.

The increased OS that were issued in relation to the convertibles are NOT tradeable till 180 days after conversion date. Conversion date is 30 July 2015, so those shares cannot be traded till the end of next year at the earliest.

As for the warrants - well they can't be traded for FIVE years.

What does that mean for us as shareholders - In my view it means this - the company has secured extremely favourable financing terms where any new convertible shares cannot trade for 13 Months from today. NOT UNTIL 01 January 2016! As for warrants - well they can't be traded for five years - so we're talking 2019 for the warrants.

All those shares are truly locked up for all that time. So apart from a comparatively small increase (possibly)in the OS in the days to come no more share hit the market till 01 January 2016.

This is EXACTLY being manipulated in the way we have been told - first those who are buying convertibles warrants etc run the price down to get the best possible conversion ratio/warrants amount etc. OK, they've done that. So now what happens afterwards - they run the price back up.

Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if the company had been taken over by then. With such strong revenue streams coming from productions with some very big names in them, people will want their back catalogue as well as a slice of future revenues. We see the same thing in the music industry all the time.

(As an aside - I once saw Patrick McNee being interviewed on TV talking about all the repeat fees he got for all those episodes of the Avengers that he shot in the 1960's about 50 years ago! Another example - every year in the UK, every Christmas they play the same Christmas songs year in, year out. Those that wrote those songs as long ago as the 1970's have described the Performing Rights Society cheque they receive in April each year as a nice pension!)MHYS will also receive royalties from DVD, showing on cable, sataelite then TV as well.

CEO confirms this reason for increasing the OS was in the last 10Q as well in an email to Doebop.
