GTATQ $$$$ AAPL needs the documents sealed....and placed a $50 million per violation based on this need....if those documents show any violation of contract law, any violation of labor laws, any violation of the original agreement by AAPL, or anything that was written in terms that made the contract impossible to fulfill..........the contract is VOIDED........and AAPL will get nothing....except, depending upon the information found in the documents, AAPL could be charged with FRAUD.
Furthermore, Tim Cooks sexual preference has had no effect on the Judges ruling to open the documents.....and gay community support will have no impact on the courts final decision.
So far, AAPL's need to keep the documents sealed has been extraordinary....and despite this the Judge has ruled against it.
