The biggest blunder is the Cubs fired a class guy and brought in a new manager with the sole reasoning for firing the class guy and bringing in Maddon as Maddon was the Manager that could take them to a World Series Victory. Cubs Fans last night were running around like it is now a foregone conclusion that they will win not soon, but next year?

Maddon may be a good manager, but managing without an ounce of pressure in Tampa vs being the chosen one to lead the Cubs to the promised land is nothing but pressure.
