I doubt the papers will be opened Monday. I was thinking closer to Wed/Thurs heck maybe even Friday. The way the judge phrased it made it sound like he was giving them a little extra time to try and come to some form of final agreement before he opened the papers up.

Should see great +% in the meantime though!
