That's up to the judge - if you read my DD with an open mind I believe you will get a different picture.

Especially the one from the Japanese website talking about abusive Apple supplier contracts and unreasonable changes of product specs on short notice.

The court knows, it's read the filings that Apple wants sealed. Apple doesn't want the rest of the world to know.
