You are correct about tense, my bad. I was responding to Scep comment about how he knew outcome legal fight before even started; but the lawyers on both sides, certainly our side, were totally surprised by Judge decision. Talking about 5/ 27 decision. The object of our fight was to require a general meeting as provided by Bylaws. The idea was at general meeting we could present all facts in public hearing. Since all they had was a pack of lies, didn't think they would want a general meeting. The result we hoped for was to force a compromise which brought in Vivo and saved Viropro.
