Alias, am I missing something? You are using the present tense on a past legal ruling or is it the ongoing litigation that I have heard nothing about.

As being sure of something I don't think any of us are sure about anything. Ok you might be the exception.

As regards the past legal case that removed Cynthia, I didn't like the judges ruling because it didn't give us a voice and it kept important stuff secret. As to ongoing litigation against Cynthia I have zero knowledge.
