At this point Institutional ownership is .32% to the tune of only 325k shares. Once the flow of positive news (hitting milestones) starts flowing and the institutional investors start buying - PPS will rise rapidly.

IMO, they announce Tissue study validation completed within the next 2 weeks. Which would be a milestone completed ahead of schedule and is in line with information on past MD&A reports.
